Toplumun yakla\u015f\u0131k %10\u2019unda kronik seyirli olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclebilen bu bozukluk, yaln\u0131zca bir uyku problemi de\u011fil; ayn\u0131 zamanda duygudurum bozukluklar\u0131, anksiyete, kronik a\u011fr\u0131 ve kardiyovask\u00fcler hastal\u0131klar gibi bir\u00e7ok psikiyatrik ve medikal sorunla yak\u0131ndan ili\u015fkilidir.
