The human mind is constantly occupied with thoughts about past life and the future. People frequently talk to themselves and to those around them about unforgettable negative memories from their past and worries about the future. However, many tend to give judgmental answers about the negative life experiences they have gone through in the past, rather than producing responses that would help them feel more at ease.

One of the most important points to remember is that we cannot know which of the answers we give regarding our past experiences are actually correct. At this point of acceptance, through psychotherapy techniques, we aim to support the individual in working through past life experiences and help them form the mindset of “NOW and HERE.”
